By downloading, installing, or using any FluenTech app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You may use FluenTech if you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

By using the app you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You may use FluenTech anonymously or by signing in through a supported OAuth provider (Google, Twitter/X, Microsoft, Apple).

If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your OAuth account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FluenTech solely for your personal, non-commercial language learning purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the app

All content within FluenTech — including but not limited to literary texts, translations, vocabulary data, UI design, and branding — is the property of FluenTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Classic literary works included in the app are in the public domain; our translations, annotations, and presentation remain proprietary.

You agree not to use FluenTech to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FluenTech at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.

FluenTech is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluenTech and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FluenTech after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
