La formazione delle domande in inglese
Question Formation
Esistono diverse strutture per formulare domande in inglese. Principalmente si usano le yes/no questions e le wh-questions.
Frasi di esempio

Domande con WH (Wh-Questions)
Si usano per chiedere informazioni specifiche. La parola WH va all'inizio.
| Parola WH | Struttura | Esempio |
|---|---|---|
| What (Cosa) | What + do/does/did + soggetto + verbo? | What do you want? |
| Where (Dove) | Where + is/are + soggetto? | Where is the station? |
| When (Quando) | When + did + soggetto + verbo? | When did he arrive? |
| Why (Perché) | Why + do/does/did + soggetto + verbo? | Why did you leave? |
| How (Come) | How + ausiliare + soggetto + verbo? | How do you solve this? |
Errori comuni
Gli errori più frequenti degli studenti:
- Dimenticare l'ausiliare 'do/does/did' con le parole WH
- Sbagliare l'ordine soggetto-ausiliare
- Usare il passato del verbo principale invece della forma base dopo 'did'
Domande Sì/No
A queste domande si risponde solitamente con 'yes' o 'no'. L'ausiliare va all'inizio della frase.

| Did + soggetto + verbo? | Did she call you yesterday? |

| Past Simple | Did they watch the movie? |
| Present Continuous | Are you studying now? |
