英语的比较级和最高级
做个小测验，检验一下学习成果比较两样事物时用比较级，把一样事物和同类中所有其他事物相比时用最高级。短形容词加 -er 和 -est，长形容词前面加 more 和 most。
比较级和最高级的构成
规则取决于形容词的长度和词尾。

几个非常常用的词有自己的形式，要牢牢记住。

than 的用法
在比较级后面用 than 引出比较的对象，相当于汉语的“比”。在比较级前面加 much、a lot 或 a bit，表示差别的大小。
My brother is taller than me.我哥哥比我高。
Trains are much faster than buses.火车比公交车快得多。
This one is a bit cheaper than that one.这个比那个便宜一点。

最高级前面通常要加 the。表示地点和群体用 in，表示若干事物或一段时间用 of。
Everest is the highest mountain in the world.珠穆朗玛峰是世界上最高的山。

This is the best film I've ever seen.这是我看过的最好的电影。最高级后面常接带 ever 的现在完成时。
as ... as 和 not as ... as
用 as + 形容词 + as 表示两者相同，用 not as ... as 表示前者不如后者。形容词用原级。

常见错误
more 和 -er 绝不能同时使用，还要仔细检查词尾的拼写。
